I think I’ve tried every type of lasagne there is.
No, seriously I mean it.
The CRAM Collective brings this premiere work to Adelaide Fringe 2026.
Meteors explores the complex impact of the immediate and lingering effects of grief on young people. Melissa tells the story of the death of her mother, too many lasagnes brought over by neighbours and the continual search for something or someone out in the sky.

★★★★★
“Pullinger’s writing is so brilliantly measured, laced with humour dark and light, of understanding gained, of seeing where confusion was. She delivers it in performance with an aware honesty empowered by emotional honouring truth of moments remembered without schmalz, or false sentimentality.”

What’s The Show
“Brilliantly written and performed, Meteors is an authentic story of a young person’s passage with grief through a series of deftly entwined anecdotes and a show that should be included in everyone’s Fringe program this year no matter how large or small that schedule is.”
★★★★★
“Melissa is commanding, open, and confidently vulnerable. She instantly welcomes you into this story - some may be apprehensive about watching a work that explores these themes, yet Melissa exudes a sense of gentleness that is instantly settling.”
